My mission is to aggressively represent my clients with the extensive knowledge and expertise I have gained in thirty years of practicing criminal/DUI defense. I will fight hard to win your case and keep you out of jail.

I have been a lawyer since 1981. I learned courtroom tactics and procedures as a prosecutor during my first 3 years in practice. I have exclusively practiced criminal and DUI defense since 1984. I am constantly updating my knowledge through continuing legal education classes and legal research of the latest cases. With my extensive trial and courtroom experience in criminal and DUI cases; I will provide you with the best possible defense at a reasonable cost.

When you call my office, your call will be promptly returned. I am in court somewhere almost every day. My legal assistant, Bobbi, will answer many of your questions and is able to reach me if necessary if I am not in the office. I handle cases throughout the state of Washington with most of my time spent in Puget Sound area superior, district and municipal courts.

Employers and landlords are becoming increasingly concerned about knowing the criminal history of job and rental applicants. If you have been arrested, a conviction of a crime or DUI will result in future problems finding employment or renting housing.
